All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products, gift cards, and gift certificates purchased on our online store. Treatments, treatment series, packages, and treatment bundles are non-refundable, however, unused values can be applied to other treatments or products that are available on our online store. Performance of any cosmetic treatment is at the sole discretion of our professional staff. If you are not an appropriate candidate for a treatment you have purchased, the amount may be applied towards another cosmetic treatment or products that are available on our store. Treatment packages and all prepaid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase or they will expire.
